Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

QAre you licensed to produce these videos?

A
Yes. We work with the Performing Rights Service (who represent songwriters, musicians and record labels) and pay for the rights to produce each DVDs/Bluray disc you request. You are even free to then upload your video to Youtube.

QHow do you work with photographers?

A
On almost every shoot we work alongside wedding photographers. All of our camera people are considerate and we make a big effort to integrate with whatever your chosen photographer needs to do. This means we can get group footage at the same time as group photos, and we always position ourselves unobtrusively so that we are not in any of their key shots.

QDoesn’t it take a lot of our time to make a wedding video like this?

A
Of course this depends on the video but it is rare for us to need more than 15-20 minutes for any individual or group of people, even the key performers such as you, the newlyweds or the best man. This is because so many different shots go into the video and we make a big effort not to impose too much, and all of our team are efficient in getting just what’s required for each video.

QWhat are your payment terms?

A
Consultations via phone or online are free of charge. We simply ask for a £250 deposit to book your wedding date, with the balance cleared at least 6 weeks before your big day.

QWhat needs to be done before the shoot?

A
We will then hold a pre-meet with you in Birmingham or London before the wedding in order to finalise your chosen song and discuss a few preparations to get your guests into the mood which should ensure some great footage for your video. If you cannot make a physical pre-meet (we appreciate how hectic things can get close to your big day) then we can of course do this over the phone, via Skype / online video conference or even via email or IM.
