Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

QHow on earth does it work?

A
It’s easy, we film it as if it the most natural thing at a wedding. Our pro’s will dive in amongst guests and grab them during certain down times throughout the day. We bring lyrics, music and cameras. Guests will be prepped prior to the day after our consultation (with your own personalised page) and then voila! You won’t see 90% of what goes on until the delivered video (and it will blow your mind!)

QHow do you work with photographers?

A
Photographer LOVE us (generally). We work around them, as we also do photography ourselves. During the photos when guests aren’t needed, we dive in and entertain. We also help organise the group shots with the photographers. The togs then love to get on our shoulder and get some ‘action shots’ while we do the work!

QDoesn’t it take a lot of our time to make a wedding video like this?

A
Of course this depends on the video but it is rare for us to need more than 5-10 minutes for any individual or group of people, even the key performers such as you, the newlyweds or the best man. This is because so many different shots go into the video and we make a big effort not to impose on your big day, and all of our team are efficient in getting just what’s required for each video. Our worst nightmare is being ‘that annoying videographer that kept on pestering us’.

QWhat are your payment terms?

A
Consultations via phone or online are free of charge. We simply ask for a £250 deposit to book your wedding date, with the balance cleared at least 4-6 weeks before your big day, when we have our face to face/ Skype/ Telephone call consultation.

QWhat needs to be done before the shoot?

A
We will then hold a pre-meet with you in Birmingham or London (or via Skype/ Facetime) before the wedding in order to finalise your chosen song and discuss exciting things to get your guests into the mood which should ensure some great footage for your video.

QWhat about if some guests are shy?

A
All of your guests will have different personalities so it is our goal to capture that. Some guests will be nailing verses and chorus, some not so. We will see what we can get away with and aim to get everyone on the video in some aspect.
